Reimbursement policy

I - General

  1. Return

1.1. In accordance with Article 10 of DL No. 24/2014, of February 14, the purchase of articles online (through our website, Instagram or Facebook) confers the client the right to exchange or return within 14 days followed, from the time of receipt of the order in the address indicated for this purpose.

1.3. The realization of the return of the article always depends on the maintenance of the exact condition in which it was sold (original packaging, label, no odors or signs of use).

1.4. Return should be carried out for our address and shipping sizes are assumed by the customer.

  1. Exchanges

2.1. 2.3. The performance of the article exchange always depends on the maintenance of the exact condition in which it was sold (original packaging, label, no odors or signs of use).

2.4. Once the conditions of the exchange object is verified, we will contact the customer for confirmation of this, communication of the availability of the desired article and settlement of values, in case of price difference.

2.5. The sizes to be expendged with the sending of the new article are the responsibility of the customer. For this purpose our IBAN will be available.

II - Error

  1. If you received a different article than you ordered, we regret.
  2. To exchange the article you must send an e-mail to support@recapsulando.com indicating:
  • a) Order number;
  • b) identification of the article received;
  • (c) indication of the commissioned article;
  • The exchange will be operated by our carrier.

The sizes to be expendged with the sending of the new article are the responsibility of the customer. For this purpose our IBAN will be available.

 

III - defect

  1. Devolution

1.1. If you received a defective article, we regret.

1.2. To return the part you should send an email to support@recapsulando.com indicating.

  • a) Order number;
  • b) Identification of the defect and proof.
  1. Exchange / Repair

2.1. If you received a defective article, we regret.

2.2. To exchange or repair the article you must send an e-mail to support@recapsulando.com indicating:

  • a) Order number;
  • b) identification of the defect and proof;

The article should be returned to our address and expenditure value with subsequently refunded.

 

Shipping policy

 

All of our shipments are made by mail registered through VASP, the National Post Office, Express VASP. By receiving the registration of your order in these services, we can give you more security, accompany your location and time delivery.

In the case of the order to be returned due to the incorrect abode, this will be returned only after confirmation of new address and made a new payment of shipping sizes.

All orders performed before 13h will be sent on the same day. Once the order is confirmed you will receive two emails.

  • The first is automatically shipped as soon as the payment is made.
  • The second will have the registration number of the order.

Orders will only be sent after payment confirmation.

If, in the act of delivery, it is not in the address indicated, the order will be at the Kios store in the area of ​​the address for 5 business days. After this deadline, the order will be returned to recap. In order to be made, new payment of the shipping should be made.

Delays in delivery are the responsibility of the service of the carriers and can not be recapsulating liable for delays in delivery.
